HSE Officer
Desert Tigers is hiring an HSE Officer to strengthen our health, safety, and environmental compliance across all active project sites. You will play a key role in maintaining our zero-harm safety culture.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits
– Deliver toolbox talks and safety inductions to site staff
– Investigate incidents and prepare corrective action reports
– Ensure compliance with ADNOC and UAE HSE regulations
Requirements:
– NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification
– Minimum 3 years’ HSE experience in construction or oil & gas
– Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
– UAE driving license preferred
Urgent Hiring Heavy Equipment Operator
Heavy Equipment Operator
We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing fleet operations team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating excavators, bulldozers, and wheel loaders on UAE infrastructure and construction projects.
Responsibilities:
– Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on active project sites
– Perform daily pre-operation equipment checks and basic maintenance
– Follow all HSE protocols and site safety procedures
– Coordinate with site supervisors and fellow operators
Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years’ experience operating heavy equipment in the UAE
– Valid UAE heavy equipment operator license
– Strong understanding of HSE protocols
– Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends when required
